Healthcare Team Lead

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Team Lead to join our team at Brighterkind. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a residential unit and leading your team to deliver excellent standards of care to residents and their families.
About the Role
- You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the unit and provide guidance and support to your team.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and ensure that staffing levels are adequate to meet their needs.
- You will promote a positive resident experience from admission to discharge, including psychological considerations, safe custody of property, pain management, and dignity.
- You will engage regularly with residents, relatives, visitors, and colleagues to continually improve the quality of life and level of service provided.
- In the absence of the Home Manager, you will assist in the overall management of the Home as required.

- You should have experience working in the healthcare sector and be driven by a passion for quality care.
- You should be an energetic, committed, and approachable manager who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment.
- You should be an inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment, a natural networker with both internal and external stakeholders, proud to be a custodian of their residents' well-being, and passionate about offering superior services.
- You should be willing to undertake root cause analysis of accidents and incidents, making recommendations based on results and outcomes.
