- Create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes social interaction and engagement
- Build relationships with residents and their families and communicate professionally and warmly with visitors and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver high-quality care, provide support and guidance to the care team, and lead by example
- Review and update care plans, plan and review staff rotas, and promote high standards of care
