We are Rubber Duck Cars, a leading automotive dealership with a turnover of approximately £250 million and over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team at our Weston-super-Mare Dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-motivated team player and target achiever with a proven track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service by delivering knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service, projecting the quality image of the brand and the company.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role.

The successful applicant will be highly organised, able to work in a competitive and process-driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Pride in maximising sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
