As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for servicing existing and new policy holders, managing client relationships, and working closely with the internal Underwriting team to secure policies.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Servicing existing and new policy holders with renewals, new business quotes, and MTA processing
\u2022 Managing client relationships and building trust
\u2022 Working closely with the internal Underwriting team to secure policies
\u2022 Processing policies for residential premises, managing agents, and blocks of flats
\u2022 Managing an average of 150 clients per month and working on policies valuing up to \u00a320,000

Requirements:

\u2022 Property Owners, Home, or combined Personal Lines broking experience
\u2022 Success in achieving high retention results
\u2022 Acturis trained or willing to study towards
\u2022 Strong administrative and organisational skills
\u2022 Cert CII or working towards
