We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our well-established team as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler. This is an excellent opportunity to service commercial insurance clients' needs and work in a hybrid environment with 2 days in the office and 3 remote.
Key Responsibilities:- Hold or be working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications, with Cert CII/Dip CII being desirable.
- Be risk-aware in handling customer information and able to recognise potential risk, seeking advice when required.
- Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service, with outstanding communication and social skills.
- Be due diligent and process-driven, meeting deadlines and happy to forward plan, organise and analyse information.
- Be highly accurate with a strong attention to detail and use initiative when assisting team members.
- Be fully proficient in Acturis.
