Job Summary:

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Handler to join our client's Real Estate team in Guildford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for servicing existing and new policyholders with renewals, new business quotes, and assisting with general enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 clients per month, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with policyholders.
  • Process new business quotes, renewals, and MTA processing, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with the internal Underwriting team to secure policies and provide presentations to clients.
  • Work on policies valuing between £100 and £20,000, with exposure to contract work insurance for Managing Agents and Blocks of Flats.
  • Meet high retention targets and achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Property Owners, Home, or combined Personal Lines broking.
  • Success in achieving high retention results and a strong track record of customer service.
  • Acturis training is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Cert CII or working towards OR, with a willingness to study towards.
