Reliability Technician

Our client, Atkins Search Limited, is seeking a Reliability Technician to join their team in the East of England. This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and safety.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both reactive and preventative maintenance on all operational equipment and infrastructure. They will also be required to manage external contractors, review RAMS, provide permits to work, and oversee on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to contribute to projects and adopt modern manufacturing practices such as Lean, Kanban, OEE, and TOC to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Services: Deliver both reactive and preventative maintenance on all operational equipment and infrastructure.
- Contractor Coordination: Manage external contractors, review RAMS, provide permits to work, and oversee on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance.
- System Management: Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan and document maintenance tasks while maintaining accurate records.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to projects and adopt modern manufacturing practices such as Lean, Kanban, OEE, and TOC to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Collaborate with the SHEQ team to address audits, ensure adherence to GMP, COSHH, and ISO standards, and meet UK regulatory requirements.
A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
