Operations Academy Analyst – Fund & Data Reporting

Programme Overview

You will join Schroders as a permanent employee and embark on our Operations Academy programme, which spans 18-24 months. During this time, you'll study for your CISI Level 3 - Investment Operations Certificate, gain hands-on experience, and access a wide range of soft skill training courses.

Investment20/20 Programme

You'll join as an Operations Academy Trainee as part of the Investment20/20 programme, where you'll have opportunities to network with trainees across the industry, participate in training, socials, and insight events.

Our Operations department is a dynamic business area with exciting opportunities to build and develop your career. We support processes from onboarding new clients, transaction processing, derivatives, daily oversight of the Funds Net Asset Value (NAV), and ensuring we meet all our Client, Fund, and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old by the start date of the programme to apply for the advertised intake. You'll need to study for your CISI Level 3 - Investment Operations Certificate outside of normal office hours.

After your initial training, you have the option to work from home as well as in our office. Minimum expectation is 60% of the week working in our office.
