About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Technologies Project Lead to join our Airline Engineering team. This new role is based within our busy Head Office at Leeds Bradford International Airport and is part of the overall Engineering Technologies & Predictive Analytics Team.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Engineering Technologies Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our engineering and maintenance operations. You will manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Skills:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management.
Requirements:
Possess proven experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or technology sectors.
Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Possess or be working towards a recognised project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
Be an excellent communicator, capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively.
Be familiar with aerospace engineering principles and airline operations (preferred but not required).
