Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team within a reputable company known for its commitment to quality and employee development.

Responsibilities
  • The Finance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all payments and lodgements are allocated and reconciled appropriately.
  • They will also handle cash-related queries according to SLAs, complete daily cheque runs, and record issued cheque numbers.
  • Additionally, they will process and approve manual payments accurately, allocate electronic payments to the correct policies, and identify outstanding items for resolution.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in finance administration is desirable but not essential.
