A well-established company based in Eastleigh is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their accountancy team on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the payroll process from start to finish, including data input, validation checks, and system interfacing.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client payrolls according to agreed deadlines.
  • Monitoring and managing statutory payments, including SSP and SMP.
  • Providing expert advice and handling payroll-related queries from clients.
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Some experience within payroll administration.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
