We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Development Coordinator to join our team at HelloFresh. As an Employee Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing training programs to support the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with the Training Manager to design and deliver training initiatives that meet the needs of our business. With your expertise in training management, you will provide guidance and support to a team of Training Supervisors, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
