Account Handler Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, working collaboratively with the Account Executive team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and implement effective client strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on insurance solutions.
  • Manage the renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Handler or Underwriter in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Strong client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as the Cert CII, are highly desirable.
