Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Expansion Specialist to join our growing team, helping us expand our sales across the UK. This exciting opportunity involves proactively developing and securing new business opportunities through direct phone sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential customers and driving sales growth.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of target customers, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups to maximize sales potential.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse product range to effectively engage with potential customers and meet their needs.
  • Order Processing and Customer Accounts: Manage order processing, produce accurate quotations, and maintain customer accounts to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets, demonstrating a results-focused attitude and commitment to excellence.
Person Specification
  • Previous experience in business development or telesales is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work to targets and deadlines, with a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
