Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work across a range of courses, demonstrating a positive, sensitive, and practical attitude that empowers learners and promotes independence. You will possess good IT skills and have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in an educational environment
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to promote inclusive learning
- Develop and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and external agencies
- Contribute to the development of individual learning plans and support strategies
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,651 per annum, pro rata, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will also have access to continuing professional development and good staff support services.
