Care and Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
About You:
- You will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
- You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and work as part of a team in a busy work setting.
- You will be driven to deliver high-quality care and support, and have a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
