IT Audit Manager

Audit & Risk Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Audit Manager to lead the IT Audit team for a leading International Software company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the global IT internal audit function, working closely with management and leadership teams to deliver impactful audits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the IT internal audit strategy in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Leading the IT internal audit function, including the development, delivery, and reporting of the annual IT audit plan.
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure audit performance and effectiveness.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing team members to build a high-performing audit team.
- Staying updated on IT audit trends and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure best practices.
- Identifying key risks and ensuring that the IT environment operates efficiently and securely.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of IT Audit experience, including Big-4.
- Data interrogation skills and visualization skills (e.g. Power BI, SQL, or Alteryx are desirable).
- Effective presentation, communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Ability to travel globally (up to 20%).
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in technology auditing and information technology, including ITGCs.
