Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Educator to join our team in West Drayton, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that address the social, emotional, and academic needs of students in the nurture group. Key responsibilities will include developing a holistic approach to meeting SEMH needs, creating a nurturing classroom environment, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
