Salary

The annual salary for this position is £23,700, which is competitive and reflects the value we place on our employees. In addition to your salary, you will also receive 27 days' holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.

Job Description

This placement is part of the Corporate Governance function within the CEO's office at BMW Group Financial Services in the UK and Ireland. As a Corporate Governance and CEO Support intern, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks associated with governance, policy management, and CEO support activities.

  • You will assist in drafting agendas for monthly Management Committee meetings, documenting and following up action points with senior management, and writing draft minutes in advance of the meeting.
  • You will help maintain the policy framework within the UK and Ireland, monitoring and controlling new and overdue policies, reviewing new BMW Group and Divisional policies, and publishing approved policies.
  • You will support oversight and monitoring of internal service level agreements and track internal audit points.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must be studying for a relevant degree (e.g., Business Management or similar) and be in line to achieve a 2:2 or above. You should also have a high level of self-motivation, ability to work well under pressure, and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

In addition, experience of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software is essential for this role.
