Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with training managers and HR teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Work closely with the retail teams to identify and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:
