We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide senior administrative support and leadership for our Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Community Nursing team. The successful candidate will have substantial administrative experience, preferably within the NHS, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior administrative support and leadership to the Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Community Nursing team
  • Travel between sites upon request, with own transport essential
  • Manage office operations and staff supervision
  • Experience of computerized record systems and data storage/retrieval/analysis
  • Previous experience in line management and performance metrics

Good general education to GCSE Grade C or above, with English and Maths, and NVQ3 in administration/RSA3 secretarial or equivalent experience are essential. A Diploma level Business/Administration/IT qualification or proven equivalent experience is also desirable. Ability to undertake further training required in post.
