About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee our Private Dining Room. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of private events, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our esteemed establishment.

The Private Dining Room Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of private events, including setup, service, and breakdown of private dining spaces. They will collaborate with our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private events, handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of private events in the designated dining room.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of private events.
  • Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of private dining spaces.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in private dining or event management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to event coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
