About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. As a key member of our in-room dining team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process guest in-room dining orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of in-room dining orders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's room service menu, including food and beverage options, and communicate effectively with guests to assist in their selections.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms, maintaining the hotel's luxury image.
  • Provide support during peak hours, adapting to the dynamic nature of in-room dining demands in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of in-room dining service.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service procedures, and hotel standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues in various departments to enhance overall guest experiences.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury 5-star hotel, showcasing a strong understanding of high-end service standards. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, taking and processing orders with attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are also essential, as you will be capable of handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
