Highway Maintenance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Officer to join our Countywide Projects Team in Lancashire Highways Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing highway enquiries from members of the public and elected members, providing technical responses and demonstrating exceptional customer focus skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative assistance to the Countywide Projects management team.
- Assist with day-to-day duties in the office, including ordering and quality checking of works.
- Regularly update live inventories.
- Support technicians and engineers with other duties as required.
This is a permanent position, subject to a six-month probationary period, and requires the ability to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of the post.
