About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email/CRM Marketing Executive to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our European D2C websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote our brand
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system to improve customer relationships and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
