ADHD Specialist Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled ADHD Specialist Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at ADHD360 LTD. This is a remote role with 40 hours of work per week.
About the RoleThis position involves delivering treatment with passion, ownership, and commitment to patients seeking support for ADHD. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating and monitoring treatment plans, and providing essential services in a remote setting.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate children and young people for ADHD, considering potential co-occurring conditions to inform diagnostic decisions.
- Apply clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions, utilising advanced skills and knowledge in managing ADHD in children and young people.
- Exercise independent professional responsibility for diagnostic decision-making within competence, whilst receiving monthly supervision from Team Leads.
- Practice as a non-medical prescriber (independent/supplementary prescribing) to develop and implement treatment and titration plans, ensuring physical observations are obtained and reviewed (height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse) ensuring treatment decisions are safe and in accordance with NICE guidelines and organisational policies.
- Support the patient throughout their treatment journey, conducting regular follow-ups for children under your care until they have reached stability and optimisation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualified nurse, current UK registration and PIN with the NMC
- Qualified Non-medical Prescriber (NMP) with current registration
- At least 2 years post-qualification and experience of working with Children and young people
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
