Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves providing technical leadership and psychological services to athletes and teams across various sports. As a member of our Performance Support team, you will work closely with National Sporting Organizations (NSOs) to develop and implement initiatives that promote athlete wellbeing and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policy and programs to support athlete wellbeing and performance;
  • Providing individual and group interventions to athletes and teams;
  • Crisis triage and management;
  • Co-managing Sport Psychology Contractors who contribute to health and performance services;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3+ years of providing psychological services in settings such as college health, community mental health, outpatient/inpatient hospitals, or private practice;
  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience delivering psychological services within club/community or elite sports contexts;
