Salary
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
This role involves providing technical leadership and psychological services to athletes and teams across various sports. As a member of our Performance Support team, you will work closely with National Sporting Organizations (NSOs) to develop and implement initiatives that promote athlete wellbeing and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policy and programs to support athlete wellbeing and performance;
- Providing individual and group interventions to athletes and teams;
- Crisis triage and management;
- Co-managing Sport Psychology Contractors who contribute to health and performance services;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3+ years of providing psychological services in settings such as college health, community mental health, outpatient/inpatient hospitals, or private practice;
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience delivering psychological services within club/community or elite sports contexts;
