Compliance Support Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will provide critical support to our financial planners, ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and maintained.
About the Role:- As a Compliance Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy of compliance paperwork, discussing client objectives with our financial planners, conducting research into new products, and writing suitability reports.
- You will also be expected to complete application/proposals forms, make changes to clients' investments as instructed, establish and build strong relationships with clients, and organise future planning meetings.
- In addition, you will review investment portfolios, asset allocation, risk profile, etc., send planning figures to clients for update and revision, initiate review meetings, and respond to withdrawal requests.
- To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the financial planning process, be able to work within defined business processes, and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Good IT skills, report writing skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team are also required.
- A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in our company.
