Job Title: Cover Supervisor Position in Buckinghamshire Secondary Schools

**Job Type:** Temporary, Part-Time

**Industry:** Education and Training

**Salary:** £100 - £140 Per day

Job Description:**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons, providing guidance and support to students as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the school.
**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
  • Degree in Education or a related field.
  • GCSE qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of classroom management techniques.
**Desirable Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • Experience working as a Cover Supervisor, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
**Working Conditions:**
  • Part-Time hours, temporary position.
