We are recruiting for a dedicated Home Support Assistant to join our team at SENSE, THE NATIONAL DEAFBLIND AND RUBELLA ASSOCIATION. As a Home Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care and support, ensuring that each individual's needs are met.

The location for this role is Deeping St James, a scenic village situated near Market Deeping and Peterborough City Centre. The salary for this position is £11.75 per hour, with enhanced rates for nights and overtime, and annual pay reviews. The shifts are varied and include a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with the opportunity to work every other weekend.

This is a permanent role, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support and their families. We offer full training to become an excellent Support Worker and the opportunity to work in a Good-rated residential service, as recognised by the CQC.
