Global Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Service Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Burberry Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our global organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in service management, IT systems, and working with 3rd party suppliers. They will be able to develop and drive the IT Tower strategy, ensure service transition processes, and provide financial management.
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. You will be accountable for ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the IT Tower strategy to ensure service is at the heart of everything we do.
- Ensure service transition processes are followed for the introduction of new and amended services into production.
- Provide financial management to ensure vendors are managed within budget and regularly review service portfolio forecasting.
- Act as an escalation point for stakeholders and ensure that documentation of incident and request processes within your service portfolio are documented and available to the service support teams.
- Oversee the service improvement process across your service portfolio and IT service management, looking at improvements across process, people, and technology.
Personal Profile
- Experience in service management in a diverse environment.
- Experience managing IT systems across a global organization.
- Familiarity with Agile Service Management.
- Experience working with 3rd party suppliers.
- Working in an agile and waterfall environment is essential.
