At Airtable, we're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Solutions team. As a key member of our Professional Services leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our strategy and service model for Enterprise customer implementations.



As Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of talented Services team members in our London office. You'll work closely with our Partner, Sales, and Customer Success teams to refine our approach to service fulfillment, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.



Key Responsibilities


  • Directly manage a team of Services team members towards quarterly targets
  • Support your teams growth and development by hiring, training, and coaching top talent
  • Work closely with our Partner, Sales, and Customer Success teams to refine our approach to service fulfillment
  • Achieve and exceed Services Services attach and bookings targets
  • Create and implement strategies, processes, and resources that enable the team to deliver services in alignment with our services methodology
  • Support the development of new offerings such as program management, training, and change management
  • Build out programs that reduce our cost to serve customers at scale
  • Engage directly with customers to identify requirements and priorities
  • Serve as project sponsor on critical Enterprise engagements
  • Work with Airtables Product and Engineering teams to ensure implementation insights inform Airtables product and platform strategy and roadmap


Requirements


  • 4+ years experience leading and scaling Professional Services or Consulting teams, ideally within a software sales organization
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, solutions consulting, or customer success, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience in project management, technical consulting, implementation, and relationship management
  • Proven track record of building scaled programs that lead customers to value
  • Thrives in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments
  • Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passionate about Airtable and its mission
