Job Description:

As a Project Documentation Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive document control plan, ensuring accurate storage, retrieval, and communication of all engineering records. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a structured document control process, creating a filing system, and enforcing quality and compliance standards for documentation.

Key Activities:

  1. Managing contractor document submissions and providing essential project information for weekly and monthly reports
  2. Supporting project teams in using new PRODOM and maintaining records for all transmitted documents
  3. Monitoring and addressing issues within document control processes

Location: The role begins in London or Paris during the FEED phase, transitioning to the EPC Contractor location as the project advances.
