We are looking for an experienced optometrist to take on a challenging role as a Workforce Fellow for Primary Care. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve patient care and outcomes in primary care settings. You will work closely with our colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit patients and staff alike.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
