Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent to join our Earthworks, Drainage and Highways team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical compliance of the project to ensure alignment with the design specification.
  • Ensure the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.
  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project.
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project specific standards.
  • Accurately record all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources.
  • Create a programme to plan and measure day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications - degree level or equivalent experience.
  • CSCS card.
  • Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business.
