Sub Agent Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our structures team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Agent in ensuring technical compliance with the design specification, implementing plans safely, on time, and to the required quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards
  • Accurately record all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources
  • Create a programme to plan and measure day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in civil engineering structures
  • Knowledge and experience of main management systems and processes used within a similar business
  • Experience managing subcontract and self-delivery operations
