Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Contract Management Graduate to join our team at Ground Control. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

About the Role:
As a Contract Management Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced team to negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that all agreements are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for monitoring contract performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as Business or Management. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A full driving license is also essential for this position.
