Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the assessment and planning process, ensuring that customers receive the right level of support.
  • To supervise and mentor junior members of the team, promoting best practice and continuous learning.
  • To participate in quality assurance activities, contributing to the development of new policies and procedures.
  • To represent the Council at various meetings and forums, advocating for the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £41,511 - £47,754 per annum, plus benefits.
