Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with underwriting referrals for new business quotations, mid-term adjustments, and renewals in line with agreed delegated underwriting authority guidelines.
  • Handling queries within agreed authority limits.
  • Organizing work and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory procedures are adhered to.
  • Meeting team KPIs, service standards, and targets.
  • Providing training content and promoting a culture of excellent customer service, team performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with brokers, insurers, and across the business.
  • Commercial combined insurance experience.
