As our Academic Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a key client in our Venues portfolio, providing expert support and guidance to ensure their success.

Job Description:
  • Deliver on-site Box Office support at clients' events, guaranteeing the efficient operation of our scanning software and excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage financial reporting and reconciliation through our proprietary system, collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure precision and effectiveness.
  • Sustain event pages on the Kaboodle website, highlighting each event's distinctive features and captivating audience attention.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' events and their unique selling points, leveraging this insight to amplify sales growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate development work aligned with clients' evolving needs, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.

We require an accomplished professional with a history of success in ticketing or events management, boasting robust administration and organisational skills. You should be prepared to adapt to flexible working hours, including regular evenings and weekends, and be open to international travel to support our global events and festivals.
