About the Job:

This Army Assessment Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of top-tier recruitment services for the British Army. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for briefing and delivering assessment activities under test conditions, contributing to an unbiased test environment, and assessing candidates against fixed criteria.

The successful candidate will start in January 2025 and will work a shift pattern of 37 hours per week, including overnight chaperone and 'on call' duties once per week. You will also be expected to work one weekend per month, which includes a Saturday and Sunday.

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to nurture and mentor candidates
  • Confident people skills
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Familiarity with Army Careers would be an advantage
  • Organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Good MS Office skills

Benefits:
