We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Learning Support Department at Cumberland School, located in the beautiful Lake District National Park. As an Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a truly comprehensive school setting.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, be willing to learn and develop their skills, and possess a genuine empathy for pupils with SEN. Qualifications in autism or a willingness to be trained are required for this position. Experience in delivering literacy interventions would be an advantage.

A GCSE grade 4 or above in English and maths (or equivalent) is mandatory for all roles. We offer competitive salaries based on qualifications and experience, with estimated salaries ranging from £25,183 to national apprenticeship rates for qualified candidates.
