To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong commitment to student-centered education and a passion for supporting student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teaching staff, students, and parents.
  • Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a school setting.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
