About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Administration Coordinator to join our finance team at Westlakes Recruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting the growth of our business.

Responsibilities
  1. Process financial transactions, including contractor bills and invoices
  2. Manage our Fixed Asset Register and perform quarterly VAT submissions
  3. Prepare and send remittances to contractors
  4. Update and maintain our financial dashboard, tracking hours worked by contractors and updating sales and expenses as required
  5. Perform regular checks on bill and invoice discrepancies to ensure error-free financial transactions
  6. Compile budgeting reports and generate forecast reports to inform year-end projections and strategic decision-making
  7. Attend monthly meetings with Directors to review and discuss key financial reports and metrics
Requirements
  • AAT qualified or equivalent accounting experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software applications
