Job Title: Groundwork Site Supervisor

Actaris Site Services is seeking a skilled Groundwork Site Supervisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract for a key client.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of ground source heat pumps in multiple tenanted properties, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate groundworks and installation activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with multiple M&E and groundworks contractors
  • Verify the quality of work and ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retrofit background
  • Valid first aid and SMSTS certification
  • DBS clearance or willingness to obtain
