Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, developing rapport, and upselling products. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet will make you a valuable asset to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers over the phone, by email, and face-to-face to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
* Work on quotations, generating quotes, and following up to turn them into orders
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
