Job Description
Our client, a leading household name in the Agrichemical and Horticulture industries, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading new product development projects, building relationships with suppliers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

About the Job
- Lead new product development projects from concept to launch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure successful collaborations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and understand product commercials

What You Need to Succeed
- Previous experience working in a Senior Technical role within the AgriChemical, Horticulture or Plant Science industry or similar
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and product commercials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
