They will be able to provide specialist advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective pain management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care needs.
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, relatives/carers, and healthcare staff on acute pain management.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective discharge planning and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Contribute to the development of staff caring for patients through education, role modeling, and mentoring.

About the Role:
