The Public Health Intelligence team, led by the PH Intelligence Manager, is responsible for creating and reporting on various information about the health and wellbeing of Wakefield residents. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and managing the diaries of the Consultant and Public Health Intelligence Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and taking minutes of meetings
- Managing busy diaries and meeting requests
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Teams
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information
We offer a flexible working arrangement, with most team members typically working in the office 1-2 days per week. However, you should be able to attend the office in Wakefield One when necessary.
