About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years teacher to join our client school in a small village outside Cambridge.

This small school position is ideal for both ECTs and experienced Teachers, requiring recent experience of teaching in a Primary School.

The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to Quality First Teaching, excellent knowledge and understanding of the curriculum, and an ambitious, enthusiastic, hardworking and adaptable mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils
  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Assessing pupil progress and providing targeted support to ensure academic success

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational and creative classroom practitioner with high expectations for pupils' work and behavior, as well as an organized individual with good collaborative skills.
